1. Follow The Evidence
Follow each answer to its source. Check the original publication date, scope and supporting evidence. Inclusion in this directory is not a guarantee that every fact remains current.
2. Respect Live Conditions
Files under /data/are build snapshots. Use the runtime conditions endpoint below, checking each source's health and original observation time. A recent check is not a fresh observation. Follow the official report before travel; missing evidence does not mean a road is open.
3. Clean Attribution
Cite the exact canonical guide or report and preserve its original dates. The morning edition is an immutable dated snapshot, not a live replacement for source reports. This directory does not guarantee inclusion or citation by any search or answer engine.
