The Crown Range road between Queenstown and Wānaka is one of New Zealand's best short drives (allow 75 minutes with stops). Glenorchy is a 45-minute drive along Lake Wakatipu and is the gateway to the Routeburn Track, Paradise, and countless photo locations made famous by film location tours.
